Contract Recruiter

Job Description

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Contract Recruiter to join their global talent team in Barcelona. This role will act as a Talent Advisor to the Field Operations teams, driving the entire recruitment process for various roles and levels. The position requires at least 3 days per week in the Barcelona office and is a 4-month contract.

What This Role Involves:

• Engaging talent and managing the full hiring process.
• Building relationships with hiring teams and providing advisory services.
• Crafting and improving the candidate experience.
• Managing the hiring process to ensure a consistent experience.
• Participating in the development and implementation of recruiting strategies.
• Serving as a brand ambassador for Elastic.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience across Sales, ideally from both agency and corporate environments.
• A passion for understanding the basics of the hiring teams' work.
• Experience recruiting for a fast-paced company.
• High attention to detail and ability to balance multiple requirements.
• Sharp business acumen with the ability to listen, ask relevant questions, and think ahead.
• Ability to articulate the Elastic value proposition.
• Experience collaborating with and influencing hiring managers and executives.
• Solid understanding of ATS tools (Greenhouse a bonus!) and recruiting technologies.
