Head of Procurement (d/f/m) at Solaris

Job Description

Solaris, a tech company with a full German banking license, is seeking a Head of Procurement to develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals and regulatory obligations. The Head of Procurement will lead sourcing activities, manage contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Role involves:

• Developing and implementing a procurement strategy
• Negotiating contracts and agreements
• Leading sourcing activities for goods and services
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Managing supplier relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks in Germany
• Experience in negotiating large-scale contracts
• Leadership and people management experience
• Familiarity with procurement and contract management tools
• Fluent English, German is a plus
