The successful candidate will play a key role in evolving the company's communication platform, which is a core component of communication across the entire IONOS Group. This platform ensures that millions of customers receive the right information at the right time, every single day.

The Java Software Developer will work with a team to roll out the platform across all IONOS brands internationally, ensuring scalability and reliability. The role involves developing robust backend services using Java with Spring Boot and collaborating closely with other development teams to bring new ideas to life.

Responsibilities:

• Develop robust backend services using Java with Spring Boot.
• Evolve the platform and roll it out for new brands.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in developing with Java and Spring Boot.
• Comfortable working with APIs, distributed systems, and microservices.
• Thrive in a dynamic and open team environment.
• Write clean, efficient, and reliable code.
• Embrace agile methodologies and enjoy collaborating with others.
• Comfortable communicating in English and optionally German.
• Interested in data and keen to measure the success of implementations.
• Front-end knowledge (JavaScript or React) is a plus.
