Job Description

Zup is seeking a DevSecOps Architect to join its Security team. In this role, the architect will focus on enhancing the security of the StackSpot platform, collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure robust and secure solutions. The ideal candidate will define secure architecture standards, assess proposed architectures for security risks, and support the team in designing solutions that meet security and compliance requirements.

Role involves:

• Defining secure architecture standards for product teams.
• Evaluating proposed architectures and identifying security risks.
• Supporting the team in designing secure solutions.
• Participating in sprint planning meetings to ensure security considerations.
• Reviewing technical implementations from a security perspective.
• Supporting the selection and implementation of security tools (e.g., WAF, IAM, SAST/DAST).
• Conducting threat modeling sessions with development teams.
• Collaborating with engineering and operations teams to align security controls.
• Conducting periodic architecture reviews focused on security and resilience.
• Staying updated on new threats, vulnerabilities, and security trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Deep knowledge of cloud solution architecture, preferably with AWS, including services like Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, Bedrock, ECS/EKS, and Step Functions.
• Proficiency in CI/CD with pipelines that integrate security validation, performance testing, and automated provisioning.
• Experience with frameworks like OWASP Top 10 for LLM, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST AI RMF.
