Job Description

Isaac, a leading financial solutions platform for schools in Brazil, is seeking a Product Designer to join their team. This is a remote position where the designer will contribute to developing products tailored to the needs of schools and guardians, focusing on simplicity, flexibility, and transparency in financial transactions for educational services.

The Product Designer will collaborate with engineering and product teams to optimize dashboards and analytics tools, conduct user research, and work with the PM, Tech Lead, and Design Manager in discovery and shaping processes. The role involves creating and testing prototypes focused on analytical experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop and optimize dashboards and analytics tools.
• Conduct user research to identify needs and opportunities for improvement in data visualization.
• Actively participate in discovery and shaping processes, contributing to roadmap development and prioritization.
• Create and test prototypes focused on analytical experiences.

Requirements:

• Experience in design projects for analytics tools or data visualization.
• Proficiency in design and interactive prototyping tools.
• Strong data orientation with the ability to translate metrics into intuitive user experiences.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
