Job Description
KatRisk is seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue growth by establishing and nurturing key relationships with executives, stakeholders, and decision-makers. The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in executing a repeatable sales process and effectively conveying the unique value proposition of KatRisk to prospects.Responsibilities include:
  • Gaining comprehensive knowledge of the KatRisk product.
  • Implementing a consistent sales approach to acquire new clients.
  • Generating leads and building a robust pipeline.
  • Utilizing CRM and sales tools to forecast and track sales activities.
  • Developing a deep understanding of clients' key business drivers.
  • Acting as the primary liaison for all sales opportunities.
  • Articulating the value proposition of KatRisk.
  • Delivering impactful presentations.
  • Engaging with stakeholders and addressing concerns.
  • Refining and presenting formal proposals.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities.
  • Assisting in the smooth onboarding process for new clients.
  • Building trust and fostering long-term relationships with senior executives.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development.
  • Preference for candidates with a background in insurance or financial services.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales quotas and close high-value deals.
  • Familiarity with catastrophe models, risk scoring, or similar processes.
  • Strong executive presence and capability to engage effectively with senior leaders.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Ability to align KatRisk's products with market needs.
  • Experience in cultivating relationships with executive-level decision-makers.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a startup environment.
  • Proficient in forecasting and reporting.
