Job Description

Glance, an InMobi Group company, is seeking a Staff Engineer - Machine Learning to join their team in Bangalore. This role involves designing and developing recommendation systems using advanced mathematical, statistical, and machine learning techniques on large datasets.Glance is a consumer technology company that operates digital platforms including Glance, Roposo, and Glance TV. Glance has redefined the way the internet is consumed on the lock screen. Responsibilities:

• Design and develop recommendation systems.
• Use machine learning techniques and statistical analysis to predict outcomes.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models.
• Assist in building and maintaining machine learning pipelines.
• Collaborate with Designers, UX Researchers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers.
• Monitor the health and performance of machine learning models.
• Conduct research and development in machine learning techniques.
• Manage stakeholders and interface with internal teams.

Requirements:

• Deep expertise and experience in AI/ML, Recommendation Systems, and Data Science.
• Familiarity with big data processing and cloud computing.
• Competence with data science languages and tools (R, Python, etc.).
• Experience with Apache Spark.
• Excellent technical and business communication skills.
• Bachelor's/Master’s in a quantitative field.
• 10+ years of ML industry experience.
