Job Description
Jun Group is seeking a Vice President, Programmatic Demand & Enablement to lead a newly established team focused on deepening partnerships with supply teams, agency trading desks, and programmatic buyers. This role is responsible for driving supply-side partnership development while scaling programmatic demand. The ideal candidate is a strategic builder with a strong point of view and deep relationships across independent, mid-market, and tier-one agencies. This role reports to the Executive Vice President of Sales. The position is based in Jun Group's New York City office, where team members work from the office together Tuesday through Thursday each week.

Role involves:
  • Defining and executing the Jun Group/Verve go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Cultivating and deepening relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Driving programmatic adoption.
  • Leading, coaching, and supporting a high-performing team.
  • Launching and expanding Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and Supply Path Optimization (SPO) partnerships.
  • Representing Jun Group at industry conferences and events.

Key Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in SSP, marketplace, or supply-side sales.
  • Strategic relationship-builder.
  • Proven track record navigating both HoldCo and independent agency environments.
  • Adept at leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and analytical.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
  • Passionate about industry trends and thought leadership.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and a self-starter mindset.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
