Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

Harbinger, an American commercial electric vehicle company, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to ensure the warehouse team supports all facets of operations. This includes inbound receiving, outbound shipping and logistics, and production control. The supervisor will oversee systematic and transactional activities, serve as the key resource for warehouse team members, and implement continuous improvement activities.Responsibilities:

• Supervise three primary warehouse teams across two facilities.
• Ensure timely unloading, systematic receiving, and put-away of inbound direct material shipments.
• Monitor replenishment activity, prioritizing high-priority requests.
• Provide high-level training to new hires.
• Manage time card submissions and time off requests.
• Generate quarterly cycle count plans.
• Review indirect material requests.
• Manage inventory of equipment and consumable materials.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• At least 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency with ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, etc.).
• Experience with spreadsheets.
• Solutions-oriented leader.
• Experience with automotive components a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy components and stand for extended periods.
