Job Description
Monzo is seeking an Incident & Crisis Management Framework Lead to develop and manage the bank's Incident and Crisis Management framework. This role is crucial for ensuring the bank's resilience to operational disruptions. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Operational Resilience team and report to the Head of Operational Resilience.

Responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining and maturing the Incident Management Policy and Framework.
  • Supporting business teams with incident response roles.
  • Promoting a culture of resilience throughout the organization.
  • Driving post-incident reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with operational resilience regulations.
  • Preparing reports for the Conduct and Operational Risk Committee.
  • Supporting scenario tests and workshops.
  • Overseeing horizon scanning and incident trend analysis.
  • Ensuring incident and crisis management plans are effective.
  • Supporting Incident and Crisis Management requirements in Monzo EU and US.
  • Supporting the implementation of DORA requirements.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven experience in banking or fintech, with expertise in Incident Management, Crisis Management, and/or Operational Resilience.
  • Proficiency in incident management tools (e.g., Jira Service Management, incident.io, PagerDuty, Slack).

Monzo offers:
