Job Description
Cleo is seeking a Data Analyst to join their People Analytics team. This role is crucial for driving data-driven decision-making within the HR and People functions. The Data Analyst will analyze employee data, provide insights, and support initiatives related to performance management, employee engagement, and retention.
Role involves:
- Analyzing employee data to identify trends and insights.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics.
- Collaborating with HR and People Operations to support data-driven initiatives.
- Providing actionable insights for workforce planning, organizational design, and performance management.
- Optimizing the people analytics framework to ensure scalability and adaptability.
- Supporting cross-functional projects with robust data analysis.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in HR or People Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Mode.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience working with HR metrics and understanding of HR processes.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
