Cleo is seeking a Data Analyst to join their People Analytics team. Cleo is a fast-growing fintech company aiming to revolutionize people's relationship with money. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making within the HR and People functions.

Role involves:

  • Analyzing and interpreting employee data.
  • Creating actionable reports and dashboards.
  • Identifying trends to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance data collection methods.
  • Optimizing the people analytics framework.
  • Providing analysis for cross-functional projects.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in HR or People Analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Mode).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with HR metrics and processes.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
