Notion is seeking a Manager, Renewals Manager (AMER) to join its Sales organization. This role is crucial for managing a team of Relationship Managers, ensuring customer retention, and driving predictable renewals. The ideal candidate will be a founding member of the Renewal Team, shaping its growth and global processes.

The Role Involves: - Leading Relationship Managers in the AMER region.
- Defining and building global processes for EMEA and APAC.
- Forecasting a healthy and predictable revenue business.
- Collaborating with product teams to shape future product development.
- Working cross-functionally with teams within and outside of GTM.
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience as a direct sales leader/manager.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal targets.
- Ability to think systematically and operationally.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth.
- Growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity in an early-stage startup.
- Experience in hiring and training talent at scale.
