Job Description
PhonePe Group is seeking a Manager of Growth to drive and execute growth initiatives for the UPI Business within Payments. This role involves managing UPI market share across various segments and growing UPI-based products. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, results-oriented, and possess strong business acumen and analytical skills. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impact and contribute to PhonePe's vision of offering equal opportunities to accelerate progress.

Role Involves:
  • Managing UPI market share (P2P, P2M, Merchant & Bank Partnerships).
  • Growing UPI-based products such as AutoPay and Scan & Pay.
  • Collaborating with Product, Business, Finance, Analytics, Tech, Legal, and Marketing teams.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in growth strategies, customer retention, and product-led growth.
  • MBA from a Tier 1 college (preferred).
  • First principle thinking and business & category understanding.
  • Strong business acumen and analytics skills.
  • Product-led growth mindset.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong execution rigor.
  • Exposure and knowledge of Payments and Fintech (a plus).
