Job Description

Constructor TECH, a platform for education and research, is seeking an Administrative Lead / Chief Executive Assistant to the Founder of Constructor Group. This role is based in Singapore and involves providing administrative support to the Executive and his family, leading a team of Executive Assistants and supporting staff. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned manager with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and maintaining confidentiality.

Role Involves:

• Coordinating meetings and appointments
• Managing travel arrangements
• Organizing events
• Leading a team of Executive Assistants and supporting staff
• Building work processes from scratch

Requirements:

• Experience managing teams
• Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
• Service-oriented mindset and responsiveness
• Exceptional communication skills
• Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and be available on-demand
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Ability to relocate to Germany (Bremen) / Turkey (Bodrum)
• Valid passport with the ability to travel frequently
• Fluency in English
• Must pass comprehensive background checks
