Job Description

Constructor TECH, a platform for education and research with headquarters in Switzerland, is seeking an Administrative Lead / Chief Executive Assistant to the Founder of Constructor Group. This role involves providing administrative support to the Executive and his family, leading a team of Executive Assistants and supporting staff. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned manager with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and delegating tasks effectively.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Managing travel arrangements
  • Organizing events
  • Building work processes from scratch
  • Managing a team of Executive Assistants and supporting staff

  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and be available on-demand

  • Valid passport with the ability to travel frequently
