Job Description
Constructor TECH is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This role involves providing high-level administrative, logistical, and scheduling support to the CEO and, occasionally, his family. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Role Involves:
  • Managing complex calendars and scheduling meetings.
  • Organizing travel and preparing briefings.
  • Coordinating personal and professional logistics for the CEO.
  • Anticipating executive needs and addressing them efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Availability on-demand (24/7 as needed, including across time zones).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to relocate to Singapore / Germany (Bremen) / Turkey (Bodrum).
  • Valid passport with the ability to travel frequently.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Must pass comprehensive background checks.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work calmly under pressure.
