Senior Manager, SEO

Job Description

Auctane is seeking a Senior Manager, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to lead organic growth initiatives across multiple web properties. The role involves developing, implementing, and measuring the success of the overall SEO strategy to increase organic visibility, traffic, clicks, and conversions. This position requires a deep understanding of all facets of SEO, strong leadership capabilities to manage a specialized team, and a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and tangible results, particularly within the SaaS landscape. This position is hybrid (3 days per week in office) and is located in Austin, Texas.What will this role involve?

What are the requirements?

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization
• 3+ years of experience managing and leading SEO teams or direct reports
• Demonstrated experience working within the SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) industry is required
• Highly data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of technical SEO factors, website architecture, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript impacts on SEO
• Proficiency with industry-standard SEO tools
• Experience managing SEO for multiple websites simultaneously
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
