Job Description

Auctane is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate Compensation Analyst to manage and optimize its sales commissions platform. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely commission calculations, maintaining data integrity, and providing support to Auctane’s global sales teams and leadership. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales compensation principles, excellent technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This position is remote for Spain.What will the role involve?

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, information systems, or a related field.
• 2+ Years of proven experience in sales commissions administration, preferably with a dedicated commissions tool.
• Strong understanding of sales compensation principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong technical skills, including experience with database management, system administration, and reporting.
• Experience in managing incentive programs, preferably within Salesforce.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Excel, and other data manipulation tools.
• Fluent in English
