Job Description
Cresco Labs is seeking a Senior Analyst, Cost Accounting to join their Corporate Controllership team. This role is based in Chicago, IL, and reports to the Sr Manager, Cost Accounting and Analysis. The Senior Analyst will be a key contributor to the company’s cost accounting and analysis process.
Role involves:
- Preparing quarterly cost models.
- Preparing monthly estimates and KPIs.
- Preparing key schedules for accounting, audit, tax, and external reporting.
- Maintaining the integrity and structure of the model(s).
- Implementing process improvements and ensuring standardization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or business with accounting concentration.
- 3+ years accounting experience (cost/inventory accounting highly preferred).
- Advanced to Expert proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with financial systems (Intacct and BPC helpful).
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
