Ashfield MedComms UK is seeking an Associate Scientific Director to support a leading pharmaceutical client. This role offers variety by supporting both publications and medical affairs activities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about medical communications and experienced in creating publications and medical affairs materials. The role involves line management, mentorship, and reviewing work of junior team members. The Associate Scientific Director will use their expertise to work closely with colleagues and clients, building long-lasting relationships and providing best-in-class content. Key therapy area knowledge in respiratory, immunology, or infectious diseases is required. The candidate should have a commitment to quality, energy, and a positive attitude.Responsibilities include:

• Creating high-quality scientific content
• Line management and mentorship
• Reviewing work of junior team members

• Contributing to conversations with the senior team and clients

Requirements:

• Experience in creating publications and medical affairs materials
• Key therapy area knowledge in respiratory, immunology, or infectious diseases
• Commitment to quality and a positive attitude
• Medical Communications agency experience
• Must live in the United Kingdom
