Job Description
iCapital is seeking a Regional Senior Vice President or Managing Director level sales leader for the Midwest market. This role involves leading a team of three Alternative Investment sales professionals and evolving the client coverage model. The candidate will leverage a consultative sales process to acquire new relationships, expand existing client relationships, and service platform assets under management. They will also develop sales proficiency with a diverse platform of hedge fund, private equity, private credit, and real estate offerings and lead new manager launch processes in the market.
- Oversee and lead a team of three Alternative Investment sales professionals.

Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in the alternative investment industry.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Able to sell and provide support for a diverse platform of offerings.
- Series 7 and 63 licenses are required or must obtain within 60 days of start date.
- Obtain CAIA within 2-3 years of hire.
