OpenTable is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Representative to join their London office starting September 1, 2025. This role involves providing support to customers, answering questions about product functions, and ensuring excellent service to OpenTable's diverse global customer base. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people, strong logical thinking skills, and the ability to adapt to various customer styles.Responsibilities:
Answering customer and employee inquiries via phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp.
Providing outstanding customer service and resolving issues effectively.
Accurately logging all contacts in Salesforce.
Requirements:
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
Excellent communication skills with a customer service focus.
Experience providing customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Apple operating systems, as well as iOS and Apple hardware.
Interest or background in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus.
