Job Description
Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr. Manager, Investor Relations to join their team. This role will report to the Head of Investor Relations and will be based in Newark, CA. The Investor Relations team works across the company to fully understand all aspects of Lucid's business, monitor the industry and competitors, and build strategic relationships with investors. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, a critical thinker, and an effective communicator.Lucid Motors offers competitive salaries and a community for innovators who want to make an immediate and significant impact.Role involves:
  • Creating & managing materials to support investor relations activities
  • Managing investor and meeting databases
  • Providing information to the IR and executive team regarding investor feedback
  • Supporting the crafting of the company's messaging for the financial community
  • Developing and maintaining a robust understanding of business drivers and metrics
  • Performing competitive and strategic analysis
  • Liaising with internal constituents to gather information and organizing analyst & investor events
  • Creating and updating Investor Relations-related PowerPoint presentations
  • Assisting in the management of the IR section of the website
  • Managing all aspects of investor relations vendor relationships
  • Building financial models and conducting detailed industry, company, and competitive analyses
Requirements:
  • Self-starter attitude and high attention to detail
  • Excellent critical thinking, research, and analytical capabilities
  • 7+ years of investor relations experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, management, business, engineering or other relevant fields
  • Exceptional project management, planning, and organization skills
  • Strong financial modeling skills and extensive experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills
  • Expertise in the automotive, manufacturing, or technology industry is a strong plus
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and adaptability
  • Exceptional proficiency with MS Excel & PowerPoint
