Goodnotes is seeking a Growth Manager to accelerate its growth in China. This role involves shaping culturally relevant campaigns, identifying local trends, and collaborating with the global team to enhance user acquisition and engagement. The ideal candidate will be a marketing generalist with expertise in digital marketing, fluent in Mandarin and English, and deeply familiar with digital culture.Responsibilities include:
- Leading and executing local growth campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Translating market insights and cultural trends into actionable strategies.
- Collaborating with global and regional stakeholders to align marketing priorities.
- Managing relationships with local media, influencers, and ecosystem partners.
- Identifying growth opportunities and problem-solving independently.
- Managing project timelines and campaign performance metrics.
- Staying ahead of internet and platform trends.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing.
- Based in Mainland China, with deep familiarity with Gen-Z culture and platforms.
- A marketing generalist with expertise in digital marketing areas.
- A creative thinker with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
