Talent Acquisition Intern

Job Description

RightShip, a leading maritime due diligence organization, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join their team in Singapore. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes and develop essential HR skills. The intern will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and interact with leaders within the organization.

Role Involves:

• Scheduling interviews
• Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
• Maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Assisting in improving recruitment processes
• Performing other HR generalist duties

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Hands on, good attitude, able to think critically and out of the box
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
• Must have the right to live and work in Singapore
