Job Description
Workato is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to join their EMEA team. This role involves being a trusted advisor on Workato’s AI Agentic capabilities, providing thought leadership, and driving adoption to achieve strategic initiatives. The Senior Solutions Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, evangelize AI capabilities, and articulate AI architectural concepts to various audiences. They will also assist sales teams with technical discovery, create custom product demonstrations, and support technical workshops. Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional customer teams.
  • Evangelize AI and Agentic capabilities.
  • Articulate and educate on AI architectural concepts.
  • Assist sales teams with technical discovery.
  • Create and deliver custom product demonstrations.
  • Support solution accounts to execute technical workshops and POCs.
  • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
  • Collect feedback and channel it to product management.
  • Support Marketing with developer marketing and evangelism activities.
  • Stay updated on the latest Agentics, AI and machine learning advancements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven track record as an AI Engineer.
  • 6-10 years of pre-sales experience in a SaaS/iPass organization.
  • Familiarity with LLMs.
  • Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases.
  • Hands-on experience using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Amazon Bedrock and Anthropic.
  • Hands-on experience with iPaaS technologies.
  • Knowledge of python programming.
