Job Description
Workato is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant (PreSales) to join their team in Munich, Germany. This role involves creating a vision for customers and serving as a trusted advisor on Workato’s AI Agentic capabilities. The Senior Solutions Consultant will articulate the value and benefits of Workato’s platform to business and technical users, shaping the product direction by communicating market needs to the Product Management team.

Responsibilities include:
  • Realizing Workato’s value propositions and platform capabilities to achieve customer business outcomes.
  • Owning the technical diagnosis, prescription, and validation phases of the sales cycle.
  • Teaming with AEs, Solution Architects, and other functions to evangelize the platform.
  • Working closely with Customer Success to implement solutions for customers.
  • Articulating business, technical, and architectural concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Selling the value of Workato products through various channels.
  • Creating and delivering custom product demonstrations.
  • Performing business and technical discovery with customer prospects.
  • Managing and executing technical workshops and proof of concepts (POCs).
  • Responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
  • Representing the product at field events.
  • Supporting Marketing with developer marketing and evangelism activities.

Requirements include:
  • BA/BS or equivalent education (e.g., Computer Science degree).
  • Solid Pre-Sales experience in a SaaS/iPaaS organization.
  • Hands-on experience with automation technologies, middleware, and integration architecture patterns.
  • Experience with cloud technologies (iPaaS, SaaS applications, cloud infrastructure).
  • Working knowledge of SAP Integration and Orchestration approaches.
  • Excellent presentation abilities and communication skills in English and German.
