Job Description
Workato is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join their Demand Generation team. This role focuses on expanding and scaling field marketing efforts across North America. The Field Marketing Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to shape go-to-market strategies and execute impactful campaigns.Responsibilities:
  • Build and own the North America Field Marketing Program.
  • Execute targeted, high-impact field activities.
  • Develop scalable processes.
  • Measure key performance metrics.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in field marketing and/or account-based marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage and scale multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong project management skills.
  • Direct experience adapting product marketing messages and growth campaigns.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed.
  • Familiarity with tools like Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase.
