Lucid Motors is seeking a Business Process and Planning Manager to streamline and optimize workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process management, project management, and ERP systems such as Salesforce and SAP. This role involves analyzing current processes, recommending improvements, and ensuring efficient order processing and production order planning.Lucid Motors is looking for someone to work alongside some of the most accomplished minds in the industry and make an immediate and significant impact.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement business process management strategies.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements for ERP systems, specifically Salesforce and SAP.
- Manage order processing within Salesforce.
- Plan and manage production orders in SAP.
- Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation for reference in Confluence.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business requirements.
- Design, execute, monitor, and continuously optimize business processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements in Salesforce.
- Oversee and manage change processes related to business operations in Salesforce and related systems.
- Resolve department bottlenecks and inefficiencies through process redesign and system optimization.
- Provide content for training and guidance to teams on process improvements.
- Monitor the effect of process changes on business performance through metrics and KPIs.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, APICS) preferred.
- Proven experience in business process management, project management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in business process modeling and change management techniques.
- Strong experience with ERP systems such as Salesforce and SAP.
- Experience using Confluence for process documentation and collaboration.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, financial modeling, and Excel for process optimization and forecasting.
- Familiarity with research methodology and applying insights to process improvements.
- Solid understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Expertise in planning theories and forecasting methods.
