Service Technician, Dusseldorf (m/f/d)

Job Description

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Technician in Dusseldorf to diagnose, maintain, and repair its luxury electric vehicles. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs) and a passion for sustainable transportation. They should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Role involves:
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing Lucid Motors vehicles
• Demonstrating and imparting learned technical skills and knowledge to others
• Working effectively with software to document interactions with customer vehicles
• Maintaining knowledge of high voltage and automotive electrical systems
• Communicating and collaborating with service team members
• Following procedures for documenting repair orders

Requirements:
• Relevant professional experience
• Knowledge of high voltage and low voltage systems, and electric vehicle drives
• Ability to work on the go and support the mobile service team
• Experience in repairing premium vehicles
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and passion for customer experiences
• Ability to work remotely and support the mobile service team
• Passion for sustainable transport
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• Valid driver's license
