Tekion is seeking a Manager of Engineering to lead its backend engineering team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and leadership abilities to guide a team of 10-15 engineers. This role involves mentoring team members, setting development best practices, and architecting scalable solutions. • Lead and manage a backend engineering team.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers.

• Collaborate with product management and other teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong Java and object-oriented development skills.
• Experience building and scaling microservices.
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS & NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Java, MongoDB, MySQL, AWS technologies, ELK stack, Spring Boot, Kafka.
