Job Description
Coursera is seeking an On-Platform Marketing Manager to contribute to the On-Platform Marketing Team. This individual will collaborate with various teams to develop and scale Coursera's Enterprise self-serve offering. The role involves experimenting with and optimizing marketing programs and product-led strategies.Coursera values flexibility and offers employees the choice to work from home, in an office, or a co-working space.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy to scale Coursera for Teams.
  • Drive experimentation and optimization across the self-serve funnel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate self-serve and enterprise demand generation efforts.
  • Leverage data and insights to analyze funnel performance.
  • Launch targeted marketing initiatives to improve engagement, activation, and expansion.
  • Own inbound and self-service revenue targets, define key success metrics, forecast performance, and continuously optimize for growth.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in growth marketing and/or demand marketing with multiple growth channels.
  • 3+ years of experience with SaaS products in high-volume businesses and a fast-growth environment.
  • Experience using hypothesis-driven testing to optimize acquisition and conversion.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a distributed organization to plan, build, and execute projects.
  • Experience developing business recommendations using qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Hands-on data analysis experience with BI platforms, data modeling, conversion-rate-optimization, and data manipulation tools.
