• Translate data and concepts into workflows, visual designs, and detailed interactions.
• Define product vision and strategy, aligning business and customer needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver products from concept to launch.
• Create globally scalable, locally relevant, and inclusive experiences.
• Balance prioritization and delivery across multiple projects.
• Mentor designers on best practices.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years experience as a UX / Product Designer
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with design and collaboration tools (e.g. Figma, Figjam).
• Ability to consider the technical difficulty of different designs.
• Experience building new products and conducting user research.
• Mastery of UX design skills.
• Strong visual design / UI skills.
• Demonstrated expertise designing with a mobile-first lens.
