In this role, the individual will translate learner and partner insights into user-centric experience strategies and design solutions. • Navigate ambiguous phases of product design.
• Translate research insights into user experiences.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights for design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and researchers.
• Develop globally scalable, inclusive, and equitable experiences.
• Influence design decisions and advocate for the customer.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a UX/Product Designer.
• Experience in designing responsive, accessible web-based experiences.
• Experience utilizing, optimizing, and contributing to design systems and UI pattern libraries.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Expertise in design, research, and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Confluence, UserTesting, and Jira).
