Coursera, a leading online learning platform, is seeking a Staff Product Manager, Discovery to define the strategic vision for Coursera's B2C discovery experience. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless, personalized, and ML-driven learner experience, maximizing enrollment, activation, and conversion of paid product offerings.Coursera is committed to building a globally diverse team and offers flexible work arrangements, allowing employees to choose their preferred work location.Responsibilities:
  • Set the vision for next-generation capabilities for user discovery.
  • Develop and execute a product strategy to drive B2C revenue growth.
  • Employ rapid experimentation to understand market trends and user behaviors.
  • Utilize market trends and competitor analysis to identify revenue growth opportunities.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of conversion and merchandising efforts.
  • Work closely with Marketing and other Product teams to align conversion strategies.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of product management experience with consumer-facing products.
  • Experience driving growth through tactics like promotions and on-site marketing campaigns.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex product initiatives.
  • Experience using A/B testing and qualitative research methods.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Direct experience in scaling platform-level capabilities.
