Coursera, a leading online learning platform, is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join their Enterprise team. This role is pivotal in driving and supporting go-to-market strategies across sales, customer success, marketing, and revenue operations for Coursera’s APAC Enterprise team. The Revenue Operations Manager will work closely with the APAC Enterprise leadership team to drive growth across Coursera for Business (C4B), Coursera for Campus (C4C), and Coursera for Government (C4G).Coursera's Revenue Operations Manager responsibilities include:
- Serving as a data-driven thought partner to sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Collaborating with the APAC Regional GM to drive accurate forecasting and execution.
- Performing high-impact quantitative and qualitative analyses to drive Coursera’s growth.
- Identifying key areas of opportunity and growth and driving cross-functional alignment.
- Designing creative solutions to operational and strategic challenges.
- Developing go-to-market strategies, territory plans, and financial plans.
Requirements for the Revenue Operations Manager role include:
- 5+ years of experience in a B2B Enterprise SaaS business or growth tech startup.
- A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
- Proficiency in data analysis, revenue forecasting, and data modeling with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and lead complex projects.
- Experience working with senior executives.
