Job Description
Appian is seeking a Career Manager to join their Customer Success team in Seville, Spain. This newly created role will focus on the professional development and advancement of Appian's consultants. The Career Manager will develop frameworks, processes, and documentation to support the Career Management program, aligning talent strategies with organizational goals. They will serve as a trusted resource for consultants, offering guidance on career growth and performance management.

The role involves:
  • Developing and executing the Career Management program.
  • Providing guidance and support to consultants.
  • Overseeing and improving talent development processes.
  • Aligning talent initiatives with regional needs.
  • Administering performance management processes.
  • Ensuring efficient internal processes.
  • Facilitating regular feedback reviews.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organization Development, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Career Counseling.
  • Experience in managing a pool of resources in a consulting and professional services organization.
  • Fluent English & Spanish
