Berlin Brands Group, a leading digital company in Europe, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their three Managing Directors in Berlin. This role is more than a classic EA position, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives and ensure operational excellence.

The Executive Assistant will act as a key link between leadership and the broader organization, working in a fast-paced environment.

Role Involves:

  • Anticipating needs and setting priorities for the MDs.
  • Preparing and coordinating leadership meetings.
  • Acting as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handling numbers, reports, and presentations.
  • Driving cross-functional projects.

Requirements:

  • Educational background in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or similar.
  • Initial professional experience in assistant, consultant, coordination, or analyst roles.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in German and English.
