Job Description

Berlin Brands Group, one of Europe's largest digital companies, is seeking a (Senior) Operations Manager to join their Purchasing team. The ideal candidate will focus on optimizing end-to-end inbound shipping operations, improving processes, driving cost-saving initiatives, and creating transparency within the department.

The role involves:

  • Optimizing shipments based on space allocation.
  • Improving end-to-end logistics inbound processing.
  • Monitoring global freight transportation and logistics trends.
  • Analyzing large datasets related to supply chain performance.
  • Providing support to operative Purchasing teams.
  • Managing Purchasing-related projects and process optimization.

Berlin Brands Group requires:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in logistics.
  • A university degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of reporting and database tools.
  • Advanced Excel, PowerQuery, and Pivot skills.
  • Basic BI tool experience, ideally with Power BI.
  • Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Fluency in English, with German being beneficial.
