Job Description
Axon is seeking a Global Returns Associate to deliver world-class customer service by efficiently managing inbound returns and ensuring accurate order completion. The role involves leveraging analytical skills, organization, and clear communication to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency. This position is based full-time at Axon's warehouse in Melbourne.

What This Role Involves:
  • Functioning as the quality administrative representative to Global Returns.
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right processes/tools.
  • Building and maintaining subject matter expertise of Axon processes and solutions.
  • Acting as an individual contributor in the development of process improvements.
  • Maintaining Quality Databases such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Developing, assembling, and implementing testing or data recovery equipment for Axon Products.
  • Participating in special projects important to the Global Returns Team.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience with programs like SAP, D365, or other warehouse management systems.
  • Good sense of root cause analysis and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Experience in Reverse logistics.
