Axon is seeking a Technical Support Representative to provide first-class technical support to Axon Fusus customers. This role involves hardware and software-related support through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and dedicated to meeting or exceeding performance and quality goals.Axon is a company with a mission to Protect Life, is committed to building diverse teams that reflect the communities it serves.What This Role Involves:
  • Becoming an expert on the Axon Fusus solution.
  • Working with Video Management Systems (VMS), IP Cameras, and Linux networking tools.
  • Assisting with the geospatial setup of customer locations.
  • Responding to and resolving inbound customer support requests.
  • Troubleshooting customer support issues and following escalation policies.
  • Documenting all work completed within the Axon Fusus CRM support tool.
  • Participating in Axon Fusus sponsored training and certifications.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in information systems and networking.
  • Analytical thinking and systematic problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise network equipment.
  • Experience with security camera systems, VMS, DVR, and NVR solutions is desired.
  • Completion of or working toward a college degree in a technical discipline.
  • Certifications such as Network+, Security+, Linux+ are a plus.
  • Must pass a Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background check.
