Axon is seeking a Technical Support Representative to provide first-class technical support to Axon Fusus customers. This role involves hardware and software-related support through various communication channels. What This Role Involves: - Becoming an expert on the Axon Fusus solution.
- Working with Video Management Systems (VMS), IP Cameras, and Linux networking tools.
- Assisting with the geospatial setup of customer locations.
- Responding to and resolving inbound customer support requests.
- Troubleshooting customer support issues and following escalation policies.
- Documenting all work completed within the Axon Fusus CRM support tool.
- Participating in Axon Fusus sponsored training and certifications.
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in information systems and networking.
- Analytical thinking and systematic problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise network equipment.
- Experience with security camera systems, VMS, DVR, and NVR solutions is desired.
- Completion of or working toward a college degree in a technical discipline.
- Certifications such as Network+, Security+, Linux+ are a plus.
- Must pass a Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background check.
