Veeam, the global market leader in data resilience, is seeking an Inside Account Manager - Commercial to join their team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role involves collaborating with the channel sales team and partners to sell Veeam's products and services within an assigned territory via telephone and electronic sales techniques. The Inside Account Manager will focus on prospecting, building relationships, and closing sales.
Responsibilities:
- Generates sales within assigned territory (Malaysia).
- Drives key business and technical benefits mapped to end-user requirements.
- Coordinates sales activities with partners and resellers.
- Maximizes coverage within the defined region.
- Provides forecasting and account opportunity as needed.
- Drives revenue and contributes to Veeam's growth.
- Teams up with channel sales and system engineers.
- Updates and maintains the Veeam CRM system (salesforce.com).
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience driving the sales process across internal and external teams.
- Ability to establish positive and lasting relationships.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Salesforce.com proficiency is a plus.
- Proficiency in MSOffice based automation tools.
- Strong interest and passion for technology innovation.
