Job Description
AppDirect is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager to develop and execute impactful marketing strategies. This role focuses on driving customer retention, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and delivering high-quality leads to the sales team. The Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager will be instrumental in optimizing the customer lifecycle, enhancing customer lifetime value (CLTV), and shortening sales cycles through targeted, data-driven campaigns.Role involves:
- Developing and executing retention strategies.
- Planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Leveraging customer data for segmentation and targeting.
- Monitoring KPIs and campaign performance.
- Analyzing customer behaviors and journey mapping.
- Providing creative direction and messaging.
- Identifying new growth opportunities.
- Reporting and stakeholder communication.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of demand generation and/or customer marketing at a B2B software company.
- Deep understanding of customer journey stages.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Hubspot or Marketo).
- Ability to create and manage dynamic customer segments.
- Strong command of marketing analytics and A/B testing.
- Hands-on experience with email, virtual events, paid media, and in-app messaging campaigns.
- Experience designing and executing experiments.
- Ability to write effective customer messaging.
- Skilled at managing multiple projects.
