Job Description
Inizio is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to oversee the daily administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. The administrator will support the implementation and enhancement of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and other modules as the company continues to expand its use of the platform. This role offers remote or hybrid/in-office options and reports to the Group IT Operations Director.Responsibilities include:
  • Administering and configuring the ServiceNow platform across multiple modules.
  • Maintaining the integrity of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Supporting the development of custom ServiceNow applications and enhancements.
  • Collaborating with team members to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Developing documentation for system configurations, workflows, and support procedures.
  • Providing technical support and training to ServiceNow users.
  • Assisting with ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and testing.
  • Monitoring performance and ensuring system stability, availability, and security.
  • Supporting ITIL process adoption and service improvement projects.
Requirements include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience administering and configuring the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience with ITSM and ITIL processes.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
  • Proficient in scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript for example) and ServiceNow workflow development.
  • ServiceNow Administrator Certification (CSA) required.
