Viator, a Tripadvisor company, is seeking a Key Account Manager to manage a portfolio of high-value accounts. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for optimizing Viator’s product offering to match consumer demand. They will serve as a brand ambassador, focusing on a select number of high-valued accounts to ensure continued optimization and growth. The role involves working with internal and external stakeholders to align on necessary product offerings.Viator is looking for someone with:
  • 5+ years in B2B Account management or Sales
  • Experience in Online Travel Agency, operator, or travel experience is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial & Commercially Driven mindset
  • Growth and Results Oriented approach
  • Detail-Oriented skills
Responsibilities include:
  • Serving as the main point of contact for key accounts
  • Developing and executing account strategies
  • Curating and maintaining a best-in-class product offering
  • Proactively resolving issues raised by key accounts
  • Providing regular performance reports
