Job Description
The Student Hotel (TSH) is seeking a Community Host F&B for their Berlin location. This role involves operating in front-of-house areas, ensuring guests have the best possible experience. The Community Host will provide excellent service in the restaurant and bars, engage with guests to make their stay memorable, and promote TSH products. They will also act as a city concierge, answering guest questions and assisting with requests.
Role involves:
- Preparing and serving local dishes and drinks
- Brewing coffee and mixing cocktails
- Answering guest questions about the city
- Maintaining cleanliness in all areas
- Assisting guests with requests regarding facilities
Requirements:
- Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach
- Background in hospitality, preferably in a hotel environment
- Ability to handle stressful peak periods
- Fluent in English and German
- European citizenship or legal permission to work in Germany
