Front Office Intern

Job Description

The Student Hotel (TSH) is seeking a Front Office Intern to join their team in Barcelona Poblenou. This role is perfect for a student who is passionate about hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences. The intern will be the face of TSH, ensuring every guest has a memorable stay.

The intern will work in all front-of-house areas, from check-in to assisting in the restaurant and bars. They will be responsible for providing a warm welcome, answering guest inquiries, and ensuring the facilities are well-maintained. TSH is known for its fun, creative, and inspiring environment, offering a unique hybrid hospitality concept that includes student accommodation, co-working spaces, and various amenities.

Role Involves:

• Welcoming guests and assisting with self-check-in.
• Preparing and serving food and drinks.
• Providing local recommendations and answering guest questions.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in all areas.
• Assisting guests with facility requests.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a university, studying Hospitality, Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.
• Flexible, hands-on, and motivated.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Must be studying within the EU.
