The Student Hotel is seeking a Partnership Manager for its Amsterdam City & Amsterdam West locations. This role involves building new partnerships and nurturing existing ones to achieve commercial targets and drive location success. The Partnership Manager will be a connector, identifying business leads and fostering a network of partners in business, education, and leisure.
- Co-creating local sales strategies
- Building partnerships to cross and upsell products
- Maintaining relationships with partners and accounts
- Monitoring allocations within the hotel
- Identifying business leads and market trends
- Creating and nurturing a network of partners
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop commercial tactics
- Delivering unforgettable experiences and events
- Actively cross & upsell to increase the TSH guest experience & revenue
- 1-3 years of experience in a commercial role
- Exceptional product knowledge
- Excellent problem analysis and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of the local Amsterdam market/hospitality industry
- Proactive with a hands-on mentality
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Legally allowed to work in the Netherlands
