Job Description
Allied Global Marketing is seeking a Publicity Intern to join their Multicultural division. This internship offers the opportunity to develop project management skills and support marketing/influencer campaigns, working with well-known entertainment clients and brands. The intern will assist the publicity, marketing, and digital/influencer teams, focusing on African-American and US Hispanic efforts.
Role Involves:
- Compiling research for marketing/publicity ideas.
- Researching cultural events, vendors, social media influencers, and WOM groups.
- Recapping events and mailers.
- Covering events, red carpets, activations, and screenings.
- Organizing and managing important documents.
- Maintaining and updating client documents and vendor lists.
- Providing administrative support for account coordinators and senior management.
Requirements:
- Outgoing personality, fun attitude, and great work ethic.
- Passionate about entertainment and film.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be an undergraduate student (must receive academic credit).
- Reside in Los Angeles or New York City (highly preferred).
- Must be at least 18 years of age upon internship start date.
Allied Global Marketing offers:
